Had to ask for in room coffee making facilities - none are supplied until you request it from reception.

The room had a fridge which was good, but it was very small. Our room was quite big being a king size, nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. The on site restaurants available had reasonable food.įree parking good - but no real security - there was a security booth at. Also, the train line is right there - every freight train sounded like it was coming though the room. The freeway was just outside the window - couldn't block out the sound even wearing ear plugs whilst sleeping. The air conditioner was noisy, but that was nothing compared to what was outside. Noisy - noisiest place we have ever stayed in!! No tourist information on display at all at reception - only a free map- not very helpful The in room hotel guest folder - very basic, not even TV information or any in house restaurant menus. The plantation shutters on the windows, though looking nice, didn't block night lights/sunlight. The in room safe is way too small - only fit really tiny stuff - did not fit a small laptop like other places we have stayed have.
